sceats flip Mark SceatsPrior to establishing SureFire in 2002 Mark worked for KPMG Consulting, and before this he was with a leading Australasian web development business.

Mark has had extensive sales and marketing roles in New Zealand and overseas. This real world commercial experience enables him to understand client needs and develop appropriate solutions that are strongly focused on lead generation and conversion for clients.

Whilst passionate about the Internet as a marketing medium, Mark is pragmatic and has a healthy cynicism about Internet hype.. He advises clients to invest budget where ROI is already proven, rather than needlessly waste marketing dollars on the latest Internet marketing hype.

Apart from extensive practical hands-on experience in driving more targeted traffic and customers to clients’ web sites, his qualifications include a BSc, plus Direct Marketing and e-Marketing qualifications. Mark has been a speaker at a number of search marketing events.

Interests outside work beyond his family include running, mountain biking, snowboarding and fishing.
